Yes! Apparently more than I ever imagined!
For example in 2005 a new report said that "the game is at the center of a civil lawsuit involving the murders of three men in the small town of Fayette, Ala. They were gunned down by 18-year-old Devin Moore, who had played Grand Theft Auto day and night for months."

i dont hink they have evr been tried for any of the things you said, but i know ppl have tried to sue them before, not exactly sure under what grounds though
