I've been playing soccer since I was 7, and now I'm 16, however, i'm not on any local club. So can i still somehow get into a pro league?

it depends on where in the world you are. If you're not in America, you just have to get yourself out there and maybe kick some balls around with guys you may know who plays for your local club.

I don't really think that playing on your local club team makes a difference. It all depends on if you're any good. If you suck it doesn't matter if you play club. If you want to get scouted you probably want to make ODP or some other team that people from pro leagues watch.

Being a professional player simply means someone who is paid to spend every working hour as a footballer. Training and playing. It doesn't matter if they are any good or not just ask David James!

No chance. How will a scout spot you without seeing you play? You have to join some sort of team.
