If you need wiring done on your home and you don't know how to do it, then you need to get someone who does. Electricity is a serious matter and work on your home should be done by a qualified electrician. You are really messing with something that is a real safety concern.

You need to run down to the book store and pick up the IRC 2003 book (International Residential Code) in this book are all of the code requirements for wiring your home correctly and to pass the inspections
