In my spare time I test antivirus/antispyware programs to see if they perform as claimed. If they have embedded trojans, adware, malware, or spyware. Plus with other security I have to see if the software tries an install hidden data that is not part of the software.
Spyware Terminator, I would remove as it installs, hidden data without your knowledge. Found it with http://www.cyberhawk.com (A free "zero day attack"), software program that evaluates every program in your system, all new downloads to see if the behaviour is strange. If there is hidden data cyberhawk will pop up and advise you to terminate the program, or allow if you are 100% sure you trust the program.
Plus spyware terminator has been listed as rogue antispyware. (It may be off the list now, I am not sure).
Here are excellent free programs that I use related to spyware.
http://www.grisoft.com Download their free AVG, antispyware program. The program is free, if you wish to purchase you will get a guard an auto updates. I have the purchased and removed for the free, as the guard uses to much resources. I just update manual.
http://www.superantispyware.com Download their free version. This program usually finds spyware all others miss. Plus you get auto updates Both of the above program scan all 271,878 objects in my computer.
http://www.lavasoft.com Download their free home for personal use, Ad-adware Se Personal. This company out of Sweden has been around long before any body ever thought of spyware.
You can use three or four antispyware programs without conflict. You can only use one antivirus program or you will have serious conflict with your system. Same for a firewall. only one.
I use http://www.zonealarm.com Download their free home for personal use firewall. Excellent auto updates, daily, an all new version you will receive via auto notice and the new version will install and remove the older version. You don't have to do anything.
Antivirus I use the free AOL, virus shield, powered by Kaspersky Labs, Russia. Rated #1 in the world for virus detections.
http://www.activevirusshield.com/antivirus/freeav/index.adp?
Always follow the instructions given by the software to remove a spyware or virus. Examaple, may say, "delete", "remove", "place in vault". Always reboot your system after a spyware/virus has been cleaned.

By pressing remove it will remove whatever it has detected, I do not know if that is what is causing the internet problem, but it would be a start.

you can just press quarantine if you're not sure. that might be an important file for your computer to work and you might mess it up if you delete it. if it's in quarantine there's no way it can inflict virus or spyware or some other crap in your pc. goodluck

Go Ahead, press Remove-it doesn't do a lot, but it may have you reloading some temporary programs.
