What is the best site for spanish complete albums torrents, and why do seeds matter!

Seeds are the people that are giving away the files, the more the seeders the better/faster downloads. The best out there would be Utorrent. But i would recommend to use Limewire or Ares for music downloads.

Seeds are important as the seeds indicate how many users out there have part of the file.. The more seeds the faster your download will be.
