In the US, the answer is "absolutely NOT", as the calibration valve is a PHYSICAL device, not electronic.

Every year (or even as close as few months) a "weights and measures" inspector will check each and every pump. He has a container where he'll pump 5 gallons, according to the meter, and measure how much is actually pumped out. If it's under by even 1%, the pump is red tagged. If it's over by 5 percent or more, it's yellow-tagged. Test is repeated 3 times to ensure compliance. Inspection is random and unannounced.

The only way to "steal" gasoline from a pump is to physicall open the cover on the pump and manipulate the stuff inside, but then you have to deal with the cameras.

Sorry mate you will have to fit a return bleed like all your cheating lying immigrant mates, oh and intimidate the Council trading Standards blokes., My car does 33mpg on Tesco petrol and 29mpg on Pakki petrol, also takes 11 Gallons of pakki fuel, good going for a 10 and a half gallon tank.
For good mileage use Tesco petrol and avoid Pakkifuel like the plague.

Hehe... thats a funny idea.

I use telepathy.. also i do short burst, then shake and allow the drips go in each time. Then burst again, and let drips go in.

Actually I don't but do it like 3 or 4 times during a fill up if im short on cash.

I am sure there are some experts you could talk to. Go to the local penitentiary on visiting day.
I can't believe how many people out there think stealing is somehow okay!
