does like you mean you heard from someone or you've gone out on a couple dates? the former might mean nothing. maybe he forgot. the later maybe he didnt see it going anywhere or has his eyes on someone else. if it still seems like he likes you id let it slide if its something you want to persue in the future. at least give you a chance to make sure he wasnt hanging all over someone else atr the party.

It probably means that he feels that you hurt him in some way. If you don't or didn't like him though I wouldn't worry yourself over it. Maybe you could talk to him and find out why. He might not like you anymore, or still does and feels that you should be left out because you said no.

I'm sorry to say, sweetie, but he does not like you anymore, you said it in your question. That is why he didn't invite. Although rude and abnoxious and well... rude, you deserve better than that right? So go get one. He'll be sad he lost you. Just ignore him. Move on girl.

usually if a guy doesn't want a girl he knows to come to his party it either means you're fat, he just wanted to **** you or he doesn't want his friends to see the whale he used to ride, free willy!!! lol
