What did customer support last reset your passphrase to?

i dont understand the wuestion for my game counterstrike with steam. to recover my account i need to answer this question i just dont get it.

it only says what did customer support last reset it to. nothing of a secret question in particular

Passphrase can relate to a password or a phrase to help you remember your password such as a pet's name, home address, or birthday. Some places let you make up a question and then answer it.

"Passphrase" means essentially the same thing as "password". Your hosting provider thinks that they reset your password once before, and they are asking what password they used when they last reset it.

when u set up ur account u had to choose a question and give the secret answer to that question. when u forget the password, they use that question so u can get access to ur forgotten password. they do this do that "strangers" cant say that they are u and get the password to ur account, only the person that knows the answer can retrive the password, which would be u
