A very fun game for the PSP is PGA tour 07. I know since it is golf it will sound boring but it it so fun and very addicting. If he doesnt like that idea try Fifa 07, that is also very fun. If he likes shooting games get Socom: Fireteam bravo 2 or GTA: Liberty City Stories.

If he is in to first person shooters, and online multiplayer games, get SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 2. I beat the game it is very fun, has very good graphics, and has good online play.

Grand theft auto (either one), Socom II, Metal Gear (the new one...probably the coolest thing), Burnout (if he likes car racing), Madden 07 football. Also they have the "greatest hits" games out now as well that sell for like 19.99 and they are greatest hits because they represent the best of what has come out.
Great gift! I would love it if my sis got me this!
