Any meat, including smaller alligators.

According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alligator
"Alligators are opportunistic feeders, eating almost anything they can catch. When they are young they eat fish, insects, snails, and crustaceans. As they grow they take progressively larger prey items, including: larger fish such as gar, turtles, various mammals, birds, and other reptiles. Their stomachs also often contain gastroliths. They will even consume carrion if they are sufficiently hungry. Adult alligators can take razorbacks and deer and are well known to kill and eat smaller alligators. In some cases, larger alligators have been known to hunt the Florida panther and bears, making it the apex predator throughout its distribution. As humans encroach onto to their habitat, attacks on humans are few but not unknown. Alligators, unlike the large crocodiles, do not immediately regard a human upon encounter as prey."

Alligators are not very discriminating dinners, in fact they prefer to let their meat age and spoil a little before dining. Often they catch their prey and lodge it underwater. A few days later they can return to eat the prey. When the population rises and the area becomes crowded then the alligators have to compete with each other so they don't get a chance to let their meat cure as much as they like.

Alligators are one of the most aggressive fighters for territory. Young males, any young male is a potential competitor so if hungry enough, and given a chance they will eat younger alligators, even their own offspring.

As they mature, they eat small fish and snakes. When they are almost fully-grown, their diet is made up almost entirely of fish. Adult Alligators, however, will eat almost anything. Raccoons and muskrats are quickly snapped up along with birds, freshwater turtles and snakes. Alligators hunt most of their prey in water. American Alligators were endangered but now they are not. American Alligators don't see in color. When they are underwater, they can close their eyes and nostrils. Male alligators can grow to 20 feet long. American alligators are greenish-brown on their head, lighter below and have a flat snout.

Here in Florida, the biggest gator I have ever seen, was on
a Golf Course and it had the biggest raccoon I have ever seen
in it's jaws. When I was a kid visiting an alligator farm, I
saw a gator eat a small young alligator.
They like small dogs too.

I'm sorry, but "Whatever they want."
No seriously, though, they eat regular human food if it's available, and they also eat small animals (cats, dogs, snakes, fish) and even small humans. They also eat garbage and dead things when they can't find fresh or live food.
Personal Note: It's absolutely illegal in the state of Florida to feed wild alligators human food. It takes the fear of man out of them and then they will become human eaters. Absolutely True!
