Ask your parents if you could earn some money doing extra chores around the house. If you are in the states then you can go to the stores called "Dollar Tree". They are a chain all across the U.S. and everything in their cost exactly $1.00. You can buy everything from Christmas ornaments made of blown glass, hand painted etc., to kitchen items, perfume, makeup, candles, toys, goodies, baskets, silver picture frames etc...
Also include special notes for those whom are closest to you. They will value words from your heart.

This is what I am doing. I asked my mom if she could give me a list of things she wants done and how much she would give me for it. It earns you a lot of money. Oh and a suggestion don't spend too much money on each person. O ryou could ask for 5$ a day for the next 10 days.

If you can, babysit or dogsit. Do dogwalking (a lot of people would appreciate someone to walk their pet.) Offer to do light household chores for neighbors - for pay of course. Rake leaves, or help clean out potted plants and get stuff ready for storage.
WARNING - decide on a pay scale up front, and talk it over with your parents so you don't get gypped.

You can do yard work for people, babysit walk dogs. You do not have to buy them a gift, if you are crafty or have a hobby like knitting or crochet you can make one.

maybe you could give some of your stuff, or have a garage sale and use the money to buy the gifts.

Yard work, housework, etc.
You might want to look into making gifts for them. You don't get paid for chores?
