Yes, pornography is ok.
It can provide an outlet of release for some people, and can enhance some couple's sex lives.
Kiddie porn, bestiality and other extreme fetishes go way past anything that a normal person should find acceptable.
As long as you are concious of what you look at, and how it affects your life (not obssessing all day, for example) and that you still have normal sexual desires, it can be perfectly healthy, in moderation.
This is a tough topic. Look at the hypocrites who answered your question. Like the gal who used to let her husband take naked photos, now she doesn't like it because they're on the internet now. Of course not! Or the guy who used to love porn until he had daughters of his own. Gimme a break. He used to masturbate to pictures of someone else's daughter. And he's still having sex with someone else's daughter. blah blah blah.

It's hilarious that people can tell you to go to hell if you watch porn!!! what religion is one that allows you to judge people like that?!? While I don't agree with kids being exposed or partaking in anything inappropriate it is a personal decision and if you personally are ok with it then you shouldn't have to worry about being damned to hell by some so-called christian. As for degrading women...it's not degrading all of them just the ones who are participating and who knows maybe they like it, otherwise why would they go into that business..as for guys what guy wouldn't want to have sex with numerous hot girls and get paid for it? I think pornagraphy is okay because it is something that people happen to enjoy. It is an art form so I am one of its fans. As far as people not liking it, fine, but they are missing out on so much. Pornagraphy taught me many things and I am sure other people can learn from it too.

No. Give men or boys the wrong clue of what women are in reality. Not all women have big breast or wear clown makeup on their faces or look like barber. If you get into that stuff, you are going to be a loner when you grew up and get old.
I also think men turn into perverts or prissies when they get into that kind of stuff.

Absolutely not!!! My friend was this year's September Playmate for Playboy and her 3 year old son found it... so yeah. And for women, it's offensive because it shows other women degrading themselves. Men in porn: ??? WHy would they even do it?
And oh yeah: you're sick. Why are you even thinking about porn? I mean like yeah no offense it might arouse some people but as a mother of 3 young kids I don't think it is ok in modern society. Yeah it was in like... the CAVEMEN years when we didn't even have clothes. But yeah before I had kids I though porn was ok, and I would take nude photos with my hubby, then they surfaced on the internet. I mean take a hint from the celebrities, they take nude photos and in backlashes. Sex tapes too, ugh yeah no!

When the people in the porn are consenting adults and those viewing it are consenting adults, I think it's okay. I expect adults are smart enough to know how unrealistic the people and situations in porn are, yet it can still be stimulating entertainment.
When a person is in a relationship, though, I believe he or she has a responsibility to discuss viewing of porn with his or her partner so both understand how much will be viewed and neither one ends up hurt or offended.

It all depends on the person and their spouse's approval or disapproval and depends on the extent to which porn is watched.
Some couples use it as a tool to start love making while some watch it just to masturbate, which I think is not exactly wrong, but just not something I would be comfortable with if my spouse did it.
