The only information you need on PCP is it is deadly. If she is willing to stop, tell her parents like you planned, don't let her back out and her parents can get her into a rehab. Depending on her consumption she may have nasty withdrawls and will need someone there to take care of her. God give her strength. He can't help her unless she helps herself, good luck.

Stick with her. You are a good friend, but you have to stick with her. Take her too her parents and if she backs out, tell them yourself.
Back in the 70's I had a friend that smoked some PCP and he completely lost his mind and has been screwed up since.
If you are serious about helping her, then you need to tell either her parents or a school counselor or as a last resort, call 911 and tell them that your friend smoked some PCP and wants to kill herself. This will put her in lock down for at least 3 days and will start her on the road to recovery, as long as you stand by her side and be her friend, because she will need one while she tries to rebuild her life.
Also find out why she started doing drugs in the first place. If she is being abused at home, then this needs to come out also, so she isn't returned home to the same situation that started her down this road in the first place.
Good luck.

Why on earth would someone report that? Anyway try the center for disease control web site or a local mental health clinic.
