My Tech Sargeant in Basic, Sgt Caitlin, used to tell us "...if you can smell yourself then everybody else has had to put up with the bad smell for 3 days!"

Please!

Pepy LaPew, go wash your body and particularly your hair. Black and white crayons are particularly pungent!

My hair is dry so I usually wash my hair with shampoo once a week. And then douse with conditioner. The rest of the week I just rinse in the shower every day. The reason I started this was I colour my hair and I also use gel, a blow dryer & hairspray. I figured that my hair color was lasting longer since I stopped using shampoo daily, though I'm probably wrong.
The thing is, shampoo strips your hair of it's natural oils. Conditioner helps to put some back it, but it's not natural. And look at the cost!
And by the way, my hair spells like hair.
Also, what does dirty hair have to do with Christmas????

attempt a clarifying shampoo. maximum human beings basically could use it once or twice a month. this might cleanse out any oily buildup out of your scalp and any build up from different shampoos. this could relieve your concern. think of roughly going for a organic line like Aveda or Abba.
