If MacArthur, Alexander the Great, Ghangis Khan, Attila the Hun, Napoleon, and "Desert Fox" Rommel were to rise from the dead and gather armies together today, who would win the war?

Ghengis Khan, he wouldn't worry about playing by the rules, though Attila would be pretty hard to beat too

Rommel was a good tactical leader but was notorious for neglecting logistics, a fatal flaw in modern commanders.
Mac was an honest-to-God genius, and the historical gap wouldn't be too much. He'd probably be fine after about a month's re-orientation.
Napoleon was also weak on logistics, and not careful about casualties. Count him out, too.
Alexander had the political sense to be successful, but it's anybody's guess whether he could adjust.
Genghis Khan and Attila had the advantage of special weaknesses on the part of their adversaries. Maybe they'd do well, but the evidence (perhaps lost with time and a lack of records) is limited.
My money's on Mac. (I assume you're talking about Doug, but it might also hold true for Arthur.)

if they all had the same forces and had time to play around with their brand new toys and get some experience, my bets would be on alexander, ghengis khan, rommel, napoleon, macarthur, attila in that order

Very Good question. But remember the saying "Ah the Generals, they are numberous but good for nothing!" - Seneca

The most cunning commander was Alexander the Great out of those. But one thing Alexander failed to do, was to win all of the respect of his men. Of all of then Alexander would win. But I would say that the Greatest commander who ever lived was Hannibal.

The question does not go far enough. Would the Generals have equal arms and men at their disposal? If so how would we teach them how to use either modern or antiquated methods? If not, you must remember that MacArthur had atomic bombs. One of them can ruin your weekend.

Rommel, since he is the only one experienced in mechanized warfare.
