i have agirl liek that too .
but hell you just have to deal with it , i mean shes in your class you're going to have to see her ev ery single day
for me i just ignore her pretty much and dont show her that i hate her
just wait until next year maybe you guys will be in different homerooms

Why do you hate her?
Hate is a very strong word, perhaps you just "dislike" her for some reason and that's ok.
You will met lots of people in your life time and you will like many and you will dislike many,too.
Just keep her out of your way and try not to let her bother you so.

You can hate her all you want if thats what suits you, but if shes not doing anything against you or not bothering you at all then you have no right to do anything against her either.
