Just ring him up, and if he is still babbling, void it and take the next customer and ask him politely to leave. If there's a cowroker working with you, ask him/her for help. And if there are no other ppl. working with you, and the store phone is dead, and the guy refuses to leave, then ask one of the customers if they have a cell phone and if you could use it to call the cops to get him out of there, I'm sure they'd understand. I've been in these situations at places I've worked many times. Sometimes it can be comical.

I worked in customer service for 4 years. Your tone of voice used on the phone is considered the face of the employer. you ought to be dropping some time and skill in a decision center. they're bodily and mentally draining. except you become a manager, crew chief, or call center coach, there's no genuine exhilaration in that pastime. It receives monotonous with the help of the years. it type of appears like you're a outstanding human being and the decision center environment does not stimulate or project you mentally. in case you want the tuition pastime, why not evaluate going into the preparation container in a Forgien Language branch. in case you do not have a preparation degree yet a extreme college degree, you should artwork as a instructor's Assistant in a Bilingual common school room the position there's a good favor for Bilingual workers interior the U. S.. Ask the professors a thanks to benefit on the school and get credit to get a level as a Spanish instructor.

Press the alarm button. Don't stores have those anymore? They use to be located under the counter right under the register. If you press that, it sounds off a silent alarm to the police station only. If convenient stores stopped using them, they need to start it up again.

I would confront him nicely first, then if it gets worse I would threaten him to behave or else, which I really mean it.
Police wont do anything to charge with and takes forever...
I would use force if its out of control: lethal or non lethal....depends on situation
P.S. when i am in charge i would like to take control in my own hands in all legal ways to protect innocent life and property.

The store I worked at had a lead-filled baseball bat for that sort of thing. You just whacked it down on the counter. Usually stopped any kind of bullhockey that was going on.
