mom says: hate the sin love the sinner.
pop said: if i want a beer before noon, then im gonna have a beer before noon.
grandpa said: shut the door you're letting the flies out.
uncle gary: when you slide down the banister of life let the splinters of happines point you in the right direction.

My mother use to say:

Everybody's lying or not telling the truth
You don't get old being stupid
The best lesson is a bought lesson
The beginning of a road determines the path you'll take
If you'll lie you'll cheat, if you'll cheat you'll steal, if you steal you'll kill - mom said one followed the other
If I'm going to do any good let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again

Somewhat cynical wasn't she.... I still miss her

I don't know about wise, but when one of my sisters or I sat on the coffee table, she used to say "tables are for glasses, not for asses"... and for some reason, I remember that to this day, and she died 7 years ago.

From my dad..(rip) told me once when I was having problems with y job and family......he said...you only have one family....but jobs change.
