What city/region is underrated in both hip hop and rock music?

Cleveland, Ohio
bands like Hawthore Heights and Nine Inch Nails came from cleveland. not sure about the hip-hop seen.

Nebraska, i don't really know about the hip hop scene because I'm not really into hip hop but the rock scene is awesome and we have a lot of bands that really need to be recognized.

Cleveland is the most underrated for one reason: Ray Cash.
