means an alliance is killing a guard or raiding a place there.

There are alliance in the area that is attacking guards in one of the Towns.

it means a bunch of 60's with no brain wasting there time are about to attack a bunch of noobs because they forgot that they need to be fighting people there own size. dont attack them they cant attack you!!!!
