She did that poor dog a favor by giving it away. It was probably tired of being dragged around all over the place in her purse.
What's she gonna do when she has kids?? Is she going to give them away if they get too big!? Man, she's an idiot.

I guess as long as the dog went to a good home. Plus she wants a dog to carry..
