There are these Geniuses who have nothing better to do, than do population density equations.
At great cost to the tax payers came up with this equation that would serve the world to make it a better place. I thought it was interesting, maybe you will to.

The USA has 3623420 sq ft. Now as anywhere only half is usable land. Leaving National Forests and public lands for schools and government offices. Only half can be counted as private property to live and grow food on and raise cattle or what ever.

So divide that in half. You have 1811710 sq miles which is 640 acres per sq mile.
So now you have 1,159,494,400 acres of usable land. To apportion that out to make a good population density you have to figure 4 acres per person. So the USA was designed to hold comfortably.

289,873,600 Population. The problem is we have now over 300 million or over 10,000 to many people.
So what they have decided is not clear to me except that some 10,000 people has to migrate somewhere else? Why did they tell us we have to many people when from Oklahoma to California is open country.
Void of any life. They covered that. Everyone is jammed into cities. So they have to leave the city and move into farming country. I just have one question about that, then where would we get the food?
What do you think of this intensive study ? I mean as a tax payer you paid for it?

In my opinion, families (or individuals) should live no closer than one mile. Therefore since the U.S. has 5,984,685 miles², if we allow 4 people per house, it would be about 24 million people.

If we want to account for childbirth deaths, accidents, and homosexuals, maybe as many as 30 million could be sustained.

IMO, we're way too crowded and over our allotment. I have hopes that global warming will balance everything out. Nature has a way of doing that.
