You go to the Start Menu, Press Start, when the menu pops up, hover over All Programs, then a menu will come out to the side, when It pops up, hover over Accessories, then another screen will come out to the side and hover over system tools, and another screen will pop up to the side, and PRESS Disk Defragment, and it will have both C and D drive to defragment, you just press which one you want to defragment first, then defragment the other drive. It's best to do DISK CLEAN UP FIRST, so you get rid of all the extra stuff, because defragmenting is basically putting files back where they go and disk cleanup gets rid of the stuff you don't need. To disk clean up do the same thing I said about defragment except disk cleanup is right above defragment on the menu.

The built in defragment utility is in Accessories|System Tools menu. Once you run it you can pick the drives you want to defrag.
