Won ? France, England (and Commonwealth), Italy, Serbia, Roumania, USA, Japan.
But the cost of victory was high, specially for France (1,400,000 men were dead), and the North of France was totally detroyed. England had many dead toon, and a Royal Navy to rebuild.
USA, who were before the war debtor to France and England, became creditor of those countries. USA were the country who won the most from the war.

The United States, and only the United States won the First World War.
(and note the name. I am not an American)
Here's my logic. Out of every nation that participated, the United States was the only power to not have relatively horrific losses inflicted upon it (but don't get me wrong. To step into a trench meant horror for anyone that did it) while they made the largest and most dramatic political and diplomatic gains. Because everyone else had been in the war longer and learned all their tactical lessons the hard way, every nation on both sides was drenched in the blood of it's own citizens. When the US came in, they did so with a relatively small force (compared to their potential) which did have the benefit of learning from other armies' mistakes (all though they didn't always make use of it) and were able to claim a big piece of the knockout punch. At the same time the USN was able to claim a new place of authority on the high seas as the RN was distracted with the blockade of the continent. Up to that time the USN, despite any hardware advantage they may or may not have had, did not have the "image" of being in any place to dictate what occurred on the ocean. When they chased the last of the German u-boat threat from the ocean though, that myth was changed for good.
Finally, one also needs to look at what happened at Versailles. By the end of the war, the US had a major force in Europe and was getting engaged in all sorts of overseas theatres (ie the Bolshevik interventions) for the first time. They also came to the table and were dictating a lot of the terms under which "peace" was to be re-established. Sure the final conclusion wasn't anything like Wilson had wanted with his fourteen points, but that agenda, the American agenda, was what all the rest of the major powers were fighting against and working with. Considering this was the very first time a sitting American president had left the country (Imagine that) this was a HUGE diplomatic coup!
Anyway, I'm sure you see where I am going. The US won WWI because they put in a smaller investment and got the biggest dividend. It was the start of both their power status in the world as well as the eclipse of European world domination
PS: The United States was NOT allied to anyone in the First World War. In the political climate of the day, that was a dirty word for Americans. Collectively, the allied powers with the US were known as the "Allied and Associated Powers" of which of course, the US was the sole "associate".

The Allies: The U.S., Britain, France, Italy. Russia dropped out of the war in 1917 owing to a separate peace by the new Soviet government.
The losers: The Central Powers: Germany and Austria-Hungary.
At the war's end, other countries piled onto the Central Powers in order to curry favor.

The survivors. Though Great Britain, France, and Italy were Allies, they nearly spent themselves into ruin, so their victory was somewhat Pyrrhic. In terms of what they got for what they lost, Japan and the U.S. probably came out best. One might argue that Russia continued to lose that war until 1991 or so.

no one in the end.. world war one ended up being the catalyst for world war 2.. the germans were placed an unfair amount of blame and responsibility for the war and by coming down so hard on the germans, it allowed for a situation in which a persona such as adolf hitler could arise... the germans were left poor and in debt after the war. they were looking for any sort of reason for their downfall and the jews were the obvious scapegoat.

The Allied Forces - of which the USA was a member.
The Allied Forces were also in WWII - but some of the members were different.
