like it feels you gain extra weight..

You do gain extra weight. It's called water-weight. All women gain that at the time of their periods.

Usually, that feeling is because of water weight.

For me, I got cramps so severe that bowel movements would drive me to tears and immobilize me. Because of that, I would get constipated and bloated with gas, causing me to feel fatter, as my clothing would be tighter.

(Thankfully, my ob/gyn put me on birth control, and I don't have to deal with that pain anymore...)

Oh God, yes. Why, sometimes I feel like my waistband is strangling me and that I am ready to explode.

yep everybody does. its just water weight. it will go away.

Of course...I wear jogging suits during that week.

dont even go there...lol yea it does....idk it may be water weight. but yea it does feel like that i hate those days of the week, wat girl dosent right.....bye
