Your damn right I do. I go a step further. I actually bribe my kids that if they find it as a team. I'll give them candy. Dude, it's like setting the hound dogs off on a fox chase. It never fails. This is what America is about. Always get someone else to do the dirty work for you. While you reap the benefits of having the remote control or should I say complete power in hand.

These newer televisions are a disaster when it comes to controlling them manually. So I have to search for the remote whether I like it or not.

yes i do this its because i like to browse for things on commercials why limit my viewing i need the remote i need the time i need options its like being restricted without it god help me ooh and once i created an arm out of multiple things around to reach the tv from sit down position almost forgot about that

Actually I do. I figure if I am gonna change it once I will wanna change it again and then later again and i will soon forget to look for it and it will be gone forever so I look fo it up to like an hour once before i decided the channel had to changed!

ha ha. my roommate and i do that all the time and then realize that we just spent quadruple the amount of time looking for the darned remote than if we ad just changed the channel on the tv itself.
