My son lives in California, and he just bought me a fishing pole. for 99.95 I have many of them But I really started to recall the many times My wife and I would take the kids fishing trips. Just like my Dad took me. Your ages are just Ideal So Buy 4 less expensive fishing poles. So that Your Dad and Mom can take you kids fishing. unless you like fish, "Fish and release" is a good thing. It is not the fishing pole or the cost, remember it is the fact that you four, will create togetherness and care. but mostly these young years will always be remembered by each of you for the rest of your life. Always create good memories for all to share. The memory that I best remember is a Poem that I wrote about my Dad and I entitled
"Granpa Bass" I shall type it in the source so you get an idea what this memory is now that he is gone. I hope you will like it and remember, a stick with string and a bent safety pin will also catch memories just as well. So have Mom pack a small lunch and goodies Good luck fishing for "OLE Granpa Bass". A Friend

1. Get some tickets to a game that the three of you can go to, or at least you and your dad can go to.
2. Arrange a weekend camping trip for the three of you.
3. Is there a community college or vocational school near you that might have a cooking seminar that you can enroll him in (you should go also -- he would love that).
4. Buy him the new Joy of Cooking cookbook that just came out, and then go to a kitchen store and buy him a gourmet frying pan that he might not have.

He will probably love anything you get him because he will know that you wanted to get him something to show your love for him.
