I wish I got paid that. After tax I take home £800 a month. I'm in my 30's, and my Dad who's in his late 50's takes home £800 as well.

The average wage for a university graduate is around the £20,000 mark, most are about 21 when the graduate, so you are about level with people of your age. If you dont have that sort of educational background its a good wage, but you might find increasing it difficult over the years, this im afraid is where education helps.

Yes, I think it's a good wage. I hope you are in a good Pension scheme and that you are saving some of your wages each week in a Building Society, where it will earn more interest than in a Bank. You are lucky that you are happy in your work too and I wish you every success for the future.

It's a "liveable" wage. It depends if that's your top bracket. Can you move up in your organisation and earn more. Are you going to be earning that forever? If you're still earning that when you're 68 and retire then it's not that brilliant. I doubt very much that anyone is earning 1.2 billion per second. Bill Gates doesn't even earn that.

based on a 1.90 rate of exchange you would make 19 dollars anhr in the USA!760 a week,3040 a month ! not bad not bad at all!that is more than the average wage earner in the states make!about 25 per cent of that would be taxed and you wouldnt get that much after taxes

Standard to go by here in the US is $1500-$2000 per year X number of years of age is an ok average pay. So at 21, you are at $38400 (in terms of US dollars). Not bad.

It depends how much you have invested in obtaining, keeping, and the opportunity cost of having this occupation that counts.

If it is too demanding and keeps you for pursuing other job opportunities, education or opportunity to enhance your personal life then the amount is not enough.

There are many things to consider when accepting a job, wage or salary is only one of them.

Hope this helps.
