Are you stressing, waiting for your period to come? In my experience, worrying and stressing, wondering if you are pregnant can affect the way your body reacts to the anxiety. If you are stressing, try your hardest to calm your body, even though I know it can be difficult. My cycle once took 42 days and I am normally about 30. I believe my stressing led to the delay.
Though I am by no means a doctor, your tests should be a good indication that you aren't pregnant. The fact that you are diabetic could possibly have something to do with your symtoms as I understand that blood sugar flucuations impact mood a lot.
The nausea could be a result of fear, the mind is a very powerful thing. Just for a little anecdote:
I once had a pregnancy scare, and every time I thought about it and freaked out, it would make me sick to my stomach (nausea). So to fight the nausea, I would drink water. I'd keep leaving class, filling my water bottle up, and gulping down the water to kill that vomiting feeling. Then all of a sudden I would run to pee. I'd go back to class, and 10 minutes later, I'd have to go again, and it freaked me out even more. I'd think "Oh my Lord, Another Symptom!"......... not even realizing all the water I'd been drinking.
But yes, anyhow....if you are very concerned, you should probably see your doctor one more time.

The Prgenancy Test are awful at giving the real results.
You need to wait like 6 weeks after your first missed period and have a blood test by your doctor for the most accurate results and those still are not accurate.
I would however like to advise you start researching any Diabetic Meds you are on or have been on in the past Two Years,.. or any other meds for that matters because the most recent meds have been doing things like makeing organs go out in 20-somethings. The doctors can't tell you squat because they are new meds or the doctors are being lied to or the doctors fear you won't take your meds... any which way recent meds have been awful. My mom currently has health problems she will have for life as a Side Effect of some meds she was on while she is Diabetic. Even though her blood sugar is under control these medications cause problems that normally Diabetics could get when their sugar is out of control. I think they have been telling people that aren't diabetic to have such things happen that they are,.. even though they clearly aren't >.<
So start researching on your own,.. try through Yahoo Search Engine too,.. suggest health complications... put them in the search... like Zoloft Warning Liver.
Last thing I should let you know is alot of women are haveing problems right now where they haven't started their period,.. even though they should have,... even if they are a birgin who has had no sexual interactions. I think it relates to the weather and pressures being insane the last few weeks. Noone will make a Question to round up women who are late and have them keep updates >.< It would really help right now.

If you are 13 days late, I would totally think a home test would be totally reliable so chances are you are NOT pregnant.
But, then again...it certainly could depend upon when you ovulated. Maybe you ovulated later than usual (which certainly would explain a later period). If you ovulated later and timed intercourse just right, sure...you could be. That is a pretty obvious answer.
If you continue to get a negative and still no period, then I would think you hadn't ovulated AT ALL this cycle. And that isn't a big deal...it can happen for whatever reason.
I don't think that being diabetic would have anything to do with a reliable home test, though. Regardless, you would need to produce the HCG from the pregnancy to HAVE a pregnancy and for it to detect on test.

There is such a thing as a "false pregnancy". And, your late period will do a number on your hormones (or the hormones being screwed up will cause the late period, your choice). IF you've passed 2 PG tests then you're not PG. God has a warped sense of humor...

Pregnancy tests vary in their sensitivity which means how soon they can detect the hormone Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) in your urine. It is possible that although your ovum might be fertilized, meaning you may be pregnant, but your body has not started secreting enough Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) for the test to measure. Your body needs time for the hormone to rise to a high enough level to be detected in a test.
Blood tests can detect a pregnancy earlier than a home pregnancy test (about 7-12 days from possible conception) The test may fail to detect human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) even when a woman is pregnant if the test is done too early. It takes at least 7 days after fertilization for the test to become positive. In most cases, by the time a woman has missed her period, the test will be positive if she is pregnant.

try taking the test as soon as you wake up in the morning. the test work better at detecting the pregnancy hormone in the first urine you use...otherwise go to the doctor for a blood test.

Talk to your doctor…if a home test and a blood test are negative it is likely you are not pregnant. However if nothing else you can schedule an ultrasound.
