It is probably a bad idea, and here's why.
You might DROP it on the hard floor and break it. I mean, you just might be concentrating on other issues, and need your hands for other... things. So keep your hands free for the BUSINESS of the bathroom.
So take a break from your computer ...
And for GOSH sakes, don't take your Cell Phone with you either. You might drop it.... down.... you know where!
Good luck and Happy Computing!

I would say it is a bad idea. Why risk it. Maybe you won't damage it; maybe you will. Is listening to music in the bathroom worth a $500 or $1000 computer?

I wouldn't but I guess it is no different than taking a magazine with you.
I am not very graceful...so I wouldn't take it any where near water!!

it's ok provided you're not using a running shower at the time.
if you're there for a long time you may suffer from hot laps ,
due to your cpu.
God bless,

It shouldn't bother it, unless you get it wet.
