If he was a Republican the party would have pressured him to resign. However, Pelosi's 'most ethical Congress ever' will only rejoice that he can continue voting and of course receiving more bribes.

Seems the people of Louisiana don't care much about ethics or honesty.

Again?! They never stopped being the kings of sleaze! Republicans don't generally re-elect sex offenders, coke heads, and mayors who leave them to drown. Of course, that's not sleaze, that's just plain stupid.
