that's a difficult question. i would say equally good, because both uses Turbo memory / Hyper memory what means both only have 128MB of dedicated ram, the other 128MB will be shared with the main memory. concerning GPU, maybe a slightly advantage for the GeForce.

Actually the Radeon is slightly better, it has a better memory bandwidth considering it uses 128 bit instead of 64 bit memory on the nVidia. Don't expect anything that great with either however, they should play the Sims alright, but don't be fooled by how simple it looks, the Sims actually does require a fairly good graphics card.
