Depends on the size and condition of your fish. Up to 5 days would be acceptable for a healthy fish.

However, clown knife fishes should be on a live-fish staple diet. Get a bunch of fat (pregnant) female mollies to leave in your tank while you're away; your clown will glady eat them and some may have babies for him to eat, also.
