So far In Naruto are over 300 Episodes, All I can say when I first watched that series around 2002 Its a never ending series.
Bleach has possiblly over 150 Episodes I watched about 80 episodes of Bleach online In 2004 and its on going series.

As of December 6, 2006 there are a total of 106 episodes and two OVAs of Bleach
and Naruto is still going just getting out of fillers and I beleive their on 215
Season 9 (2006-2007)
209 The enemy is "Shinobazu"
210 The forest of bewilderment
211 Memory of flames
212 Each one's way (I think this one is the newest release?)
213 Lost memory
214 Recovered reality
215 A past we'd like to erase
Im waiting for the time skip!! I heard its going to be middle of February!!

Bleach - 106
also, bleach airs every wednesday and naruto airs every thursday in japan. if you aren't able to get an episode from either that week, it means that there was either a special program that was being broadcasted during those time slots or it was some sort of holiday.

Naruto has 1-212 episodes
Bleach has 1-106 episodes

Naruto is up to 212 in anime and in manga they are upto 334 and i belive bleach is at 106 in anime and manga is at 255
