A) Catherine is not an Exotic Dancer anymore that's all in her past, and B) Sara is not a lesbian, she and EMT Hank were involved a while back and now her and Grissom are kind of involved..
Anyways, I like them both for different reasons..
Sara is friendly and outgoing yet tough. She's a great CSI but tends to get very emotionally involved with her cases. Especially cases regarding domestic violence, which due to her painful past is why she has a lot of anger and hate built up inside of her causing her to lash out from time to time.. She will also at times, bend the rules to solve her cases in times of desperate measures..
Catherine is the mother figure.. Very friendly, caring, and sensitive.. A great CSI who also tends to get emotionally involved in her cases.. However, she's also the a** kicking CSI. She's tough and aggressive as times depending on the situation and does what needs to be done to solve the case..

Fictitious or not it has to be Catherine...who could go through life with a name like Sara Sidle...sounds like she is suicidal...

Sara isn't a lesbian. i prefer Sara .Catherine seems to be a bit of a poser.both strong women ,Sara is in love with Grissom,Catherine has a thing for warrick, poor nick nobody fancies.

Neither. It's not the best idea to date your boss/supervisor or have an office romance period. If they didn't work together, I would say Grissom/Sara. They are so much a like. I think they would get along the best.

Seidel wasn`t a Lesbian - Grissom shagged her.
If we have to choose standard CSI then it`s Sarah for me (I love Jorja Fox and her accent) - however I prefer Calleigh Duquesne from the Miami branch (Emily Proctor and her accent really does it for me).
