I do have movements from him just not like I had expected. Should I be worried?

usually, you can feel the baby move around 20 weeks, but sometimes feeling the movement depends on which way the baby is facing or kicking. If he's kicking your placenta, you won't feel as much of the movement. Also, he may just not be moving around as much- it could just be his personality. My friends' baby was not very active inside and he's a really laid back kid now, so it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with how he's doing in there.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. He's probably OK. Also, you may not be aware of what's going on in there, but if something were wrong, you would definitely "know" something wasn't right... instincts in pregnant moms are strong.

Every woman is different and it does depend on your size and also the size of your baby. I actually started feeling my bub at 15wks. Its not uncommon but not many women get it that early. It just felt like little bubbles down in my lower abdomen. By wk 27 my baby was going absolutely nuts. Im now nearly 38wks pregnant and he sticks out everywhere for touches and rubs.

Every woman is different and as long as you do feel movement then everything should be ok. It also can depend on your baby's favourite position. If your bub is facing out (posterior) you can feel more kicks. If your baby is facing your spine you sometimes dont feel as much movement. Talk to your doctor - im sure he/she can tell you all about it.

As long as you feel something, don't worry. You don't really start getting the big kicks and punches until the end.

No don't worry, the farther along you get the more you'll feel him move, as he gets bigger and has less room, just be happy he's not in your ribs yet!

I don't mean to sound rude, but are you heavy or over weight. I have heard that can make it harder to feel the baby.
