They'll just clean the area with an alcohol pad, then they will get a pair of surgical clamps to hold the skin in place, mark on you with a marker, this is so they know where to insert the needle, then with the clamps still on, they will push the needle through and then follow with the ring and that's it. You will feel some pain bu it isn't too bad. Good Luck!

I have three navel piercings and a nipple one, the nipple one is extra painful then the navel for certain. The factor with the ones piercings is they could have treatment disorders, like rejection. These are the locations wherein there may be essentially the most inflammation at the frame; whilst you put on garments, bras, sleep... So whilst you get pierced, don't forget to invite to have bio-jewellery that's implant graded so your frame accepts it higher. The nipple hurts extra on the grounds that there may be extra blood move and extra nerve endings, however either one of the piercings are valued at it.

It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but mine took a while to heal. I couldn't change the ring for a year...(I tried, but it got infected). So make sure you pick one that you aren't going to mind wearing for a while. All in all there is a little pain, but it is over quickly.

they will clean the area really well and then put a clamp over the are where the ring will go. they'll stick a needle through and quickly put the ring in. it goes by pretty quickly and doesn't hurt too bad, though there is pain. good luck!!

lots of puss and gunk and soreness when it rubs against clothing, i heal fast with piercings but it took me atleast 4 months to heal properly with that one.. i wouldn't recommend getting it to anyone who's getting one, it's fine now but the initial healing felt like it was never going to end - -have fun lol

PAIN, AND A POSSIBLE DEATH. DONT RUIN YOUR BODY WITH HOLES. YOUR BODY IS YOUR TEMPLE! BE NICE TO IT.
