That depends on a lot of factors mostly genetic. Personally I don't remember where I was at your age, but I did have the same concern. I think every guy does honestly. But eventually you'll come to find out most guys will never feel "average". Right now (if I'm not getting too personal) I am sitting at 6.5" roughly at 16 years old. But I still wouldn't be comfortable showering with other guys. I really can't shooter for you but it's your decision. The average size BTW for your age would be about 3.5"-4.0" erect, idk. But it will get bigger.

The average dick size of a 12 year old is probably between 4 1/2 - 6". That may not sound all that big but don't worry. Also I say you should shower like any normal person in the nude. Don't worry about being naked in front of the other guys. Be the man and be proud of what you got.

Well, I'm a year older than you and I'm 7inc. And I remember having to do the same thing (still have to after gym). Personally. I wear swim shorts. If I were you. I would were swim shorts the fist couple of days. Then see if anyone else is were long shorts or not. Then I would choose to keep them on or not. So it's really all up to you.
