go to a clinic and pay for a sonogram. I think they cost about 100 to 200 or 500 bucks sorry. The pregnancy hormone might not be in your urine. Maybe something is wrong with your kidneys(maybe they are not cleaning out your system right) so the hormone might not be showing in your pee. Take a blood test so you can decide if you are keeping it or what. Plan man plan!!!!

You may not be ovulating at all. If you don't ovulate, you don't have a period. Sure, some women may have like 'break-through' bleeding every so often (I was like 45 days), but others have nothing for months and often need to be on the pill or some other med to jump start bleeding for health reasons.
If your tests were mainly negative, then you probably aren't pregnant (and you would have an accurate one by now if it has been since June). I would also guess that if it has been since June and you were pregnant, you would know it (6 months!).
What type of blood tests did your OBGYN run??? Did they just say "NORMAL....you are on your way" and left it at that? That would be strange to me and if that is the case, I would find another doc like now.
Some women have PCOS (and you don't need to be overweight to have this condition as some people believe) that causes them to be anovulatory. There are MANY different aspects to this condition (syndrome) and it varies from woman to woman.
For me, I never had the insulin factor that many women have with it. The ONLY thing that was possibly indicative of it was the LH to FSH ratio that was whacked a bit. The testerone, etc was fine. And that is why I was wondering what types of tests your doc ran and what it showed.
You could still opt for a blood test to rule out/rule in pregnancy...just ask for one:)

Sometimes you miss your period for several reasons like:
1. Major changes in your life, (new job, sudden massive workload, bereavement) can create enough stress to make you to miss your period.
2. Rapid weight gain or loss can cause amenorrhea. In particular amenorrhea is associated with malnutrition or low body fat caused by eating disorders.
3. Too much exercise, often connected with heavy dieting, can also stop your periods. Just because you're really fit, stopping your periods isn't any healthier. Periods are a sign of your body working properly.
4. In some cases heavy smoking can also be the cause of amenorrhea.
5. For example depression and pseudocyesis, which is a condition where a woman convinces herself that she is pregnant when she isn't. The psychological effect is so strong that her periods may actually stop.
6. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome causes eggs in the ovaries to develop into cysts. If they remain untreated they can build up and enlarge, causing a variety of problems ranging from acne and excess hair growth, to diabetes, infertility, heart disease and cancer.

you NEED to take a blood test. that will certainly determine if you are pregnant or not.
if you are on depo then there are women out there who arent getting their period because of it.
OR it may be stress. my friend had the same problem with you so she went to the drs, he said she was very healthy but under a lot of stress. that caused her period to stop. so he has to give her some pills (sorry, i dont know the name) &her period came back.
go to the doctor, honey.
good luck!

By now you'd be 6 months and you should definitely feel movement if your pregnant... and you should start getting your baby bump soon too.
Call your Dr and schedule a prenatal visit, they should give you a blood test... kinda wonder why they didn't... you could try another OB Dr just to be safe.

You should go back to the doctor if you are unsure but if he took blood he likely ran a blood PT as well. Doesn't hurt to double check though.

honey, if you were pregnant, you would definately be showing?! you'd be 5-6 mths along, and would defintayely know.
stress and weight changes can also affect periods. did you lose/gain a significant amt of weight in a short time? are you worried about something (other than pregnancy)? did you have unprotected sex? if so, stop, if not, then you have nothing to worry about.

what kind of dr do you have? if you have told him that you haven't had a period, and he has not done a blood test he is a quack, besides you would be showing by now and he would have already done an ultrasound, sound to me you are getting your hopes up
