What kinds of stomach pains are they? Sharp stabbing pains, or tight cramps?

If his pains are more like cramps, he might want to consider his diet. Foods that bind (dairy products, for example) in excess can cause a great deal of pain, especially if he doesn't have a bowel movement every day. Suggest that he eats more vegetables and fruits, as well as bran.

If it is a stabbing pain, he could possibly have an ulcer. This is when there is too much acid in his stomach and it burns a small hole. He would definitely have to have tests done to see if this is the case.

These are only a few ideas. I wish I could be more helpful.

I am comfortable to grasp you might have been to the document for the reason that that's without doubt step one. The document traditionally is correct--seems like your interval is traditionally correct across the nook. Your frame is simply making ready its self. Especially in view that you point out you might have discharge. Try taking a few Midol. It can fairly support your cramps. If you are not able to take that, then take a few motrin. Good good fortune honey! Sometimes changing into a ladies will also be such a lot amusing(haha). Everything might be ok although.

Since the doctors haven't found anything or felt the need to send him to a specialist, could it be that he's having "pity me pangs"?
Perhaps just using these pangs to his benefit? To get attention or sympathy? Take note of when they are happening.
Otherwise, have him demand to see a specialist.
