From what I know, it's because she wore a pair of glasses with a condom in place of the left eye lens. That was her way she promoted safe sex.

I heard No scrubs each week or 2 in the past yet did no longer hear to the excellent music. they have been enjoying greater TLC songs recently on radio, i think because of the fact Chilli & T-Boz are going solo later this 12 months. Im not sure, I wouldnt be shocked if Chilli and T-Boz asked for her section to be cut back out.
