Kohl's just opened in my area and they seem to have a lot of good sales and nice styles and selection. JC Penney's is an favorite of mine. Always check the sales racks. Always wait for sales then you get more bang for your buck. Best of luck.

I like Macy's more than JC Penny.
Although if you want fashion try Zara, Banana Republic, Forever 21 (cheaper), H&M (If you live in the NorthEast), Fred Segal or Bloomingdales (If you have the money).

Most chicks like Macy's and Mervyn's.
Both of these have some of tthe cheapest things and best sales.
Claire's is liked for their jewelery.
Macy's and Mervyn's are good places to mix and match.
Other good stores are Forever 21, Aeropostale, Hollister, Hot Topic, PacSun, American Eagle. .. [I don't recommend Abercrombie because they are racists]
It doesn't really what kind of brand of clothes you get.
It's just how you LOOK in them and FEEL.
If it's comfy and makes you look good, but it's from Target or something. GO FOR IT.
Those are just most of the popular fashion places.
Just MATCHING is a must because if you don't, but you have popular clothes, it'll look horrible

Abercrombie and Fitch I think has the best fashion, the prices can be high though. Towards the back of the store though they always have a sales area.

Macy's is pretty good but Bloomingdales is the best department store. I also like Banana Republic because it's pretty inexpensive and has very high quality clothes.

i think of which you're able to placed on a short jean skirt, a white babydoll suitable, have your hair pulled lower back in an trouble-free ponytail, including your bangs in the back of your ears. i could suitable it off with some babydoll residences and a unfashionable necklace. No rings. Your make up could be organic if any. Ask your mates the place you're going, and what you're able to placed on. that provide you a clue as to what form to gown in, yet dont replica them, be your guy or woman individual, your mates will notice. i'm hoping I HELPED!!
