I did some side to side lunges at the gym this summer and froze up my sacra iliac joint in my lower back..extreme pain..and then my thigh went numb..freaked me out horribly...a trip to the chiropractor helped the pain..and eventually the numbness went away..spressure on the L4 nerve...sometimes when I over do it it sort of tingles, like it could come back at any time..reminds me to be careful...could be something else..so if it continues, see your doctor...

hm.. idk.. i lost feeling in my 1st finger on my fret hand when playing guitar.. buy the thigh could be more serious, because there is a major artery there. if you have a doctor's app. soon i'd just wait till then. if not just call the office and ask if it's serious. if it turns colors.. you're in trouble

Could be nerve damage or your imagination. Best to get a medical opinion of this if it persist.
