While I think it comes down to the individual, I'd go with Scorpio, Virgo, Taurus, or Pisces. I'd never date an Aries. I can't handle them. Too much...miltary-like domination. No, no, no. Actually, no fire signs. Fire plus water equals one soaked fireplace.

Just my opinion though. I'm particularly fond of Scorpios and Virgos myself.
