my gut says no- but looking at the evidence... It's kinda hard to refute that the government report left a LOT out. It's clear that not everything happened like it seemed. But was the government involved? I honestly don't know. It could have just been much better planned then the government wants to admit, but that seems to be stretching it. At this point with no new evidence (and I have looked at both sides) I would have to say that government sure looks like it had a hand in it.
