Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien and Full Metal Panic
So many (Gundam SEED, Eureka 7, Fullmetal Alchemist, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, etc.), but these are the best.
GTO(great teacher onizuka) is the best ever, but the anime isn't as great as the manga. As a complete, it is also in the elite, but the anime ends too early

the best mecha anime. There is no other mecha anime that can beat this anime. A very hard, complex, serious anime. Every characters has a complex psichology side. And there are many secret in this anime (if you can realized).
