No. The people of Iraq should rule their own country. And you are 100% right about tending to the needs of our own citizens - - for the trillions the United States spends on the military, there are people who still lack health care and quality jobs that pay worth a darn! I think about these kinds of issues every time we see those bogus U.S. government propaganda news stories talking up the U.S. Space Shuttle missions, which by the way are "for science experiments" (wink wink!).

Actually , he not qualify to be a President for any body but him self only. Don't forgot it is the High Court decison that make Bush as President.
