Check your fuses for turn or stop lights.
If the fuses are good check the flasher unit.
If thats good check the bulbs.
If all three are good you may have a short in the system.

You can't fix automotive electrical problems until you eliminate variables. If the battery is bad then how do you know if your starter is gone? If the starter is bad it will drain the battery trying to start the engine. I would remove the starter and the battery and have them checked. (you can check the starter with a good battery and jumper cables but you have to know what a good starter sounds like). You can have the battery tested first as many auto parts stores will give you a loner battery while they test yours overnight. Most auto parts stores will also test your starter for free. Make sure your charge light is not on. If it is, or your charge gauge reads less then 13-14 volts you may have alternator problems. 14-17 volts is good. More or less is bad. A bad voltage regulator will allow the voltage to be too high and this will destroy a battery and other things very quickly.
The signals and dash lights are probably unrelated to your problems. Unless you have a bad connection with the battery or ground wire (that's why you need to test the battery and starter). Check these connections first. Bad battery or ground connections can cause all sorts of problems. Then check the fuses, switches, etc. But until variables are eliminated, it will be very hard to find the problem. Hope this helps. Great Luck to you.

sell the heap of junk, my mom owned a 1989 mpv, same style, v6. caused nothing but problems, brakes stink, oil leaks, tranny blows, all are heaps of garbage.
ps. back wheel drive on a van with about 2lbs in the back, hopefully you live in pheonix or get ready for some control issues in rain, heaven forbid, 1 millimetre of snow!
if you have a 500lbs (227kg in USA) sumo wrestler to sit in the very back than forget what I just said!
