That averages about 8 minutes a mile...possible. I know people who can run a marathon averaging a 5 minute mile...less than two hours. Three hours is excellent though. I couldn't walk 21 miles in a day!

thats 7 miles an hour! yea, thats a lot! i can get somewhere between 3 or 4 i think in an hour jogging.

to be fit you have to be able to run a mile in 12 minutes. that means 15 miles in 3 hours is normal so yea that is fast.

that's a pace of about 8 minutes 30 seconds per mile. that's extremely hard over a span of 3 hours, but i don't think it's impossible. that's like marathon winner pace almost.

depends... for an average person who does not excersize every day, yes it is a lot of running... for an olympian i think not.
