What year did the questioning of Shakespeare's authorship first start?

When was the authenticity of Shakespeare's authorship first questioned? I don't necessarily need the exact year, but at least the century or something if you know it.

That's just about impossible to answer. I'm sure there were contemporaries of Shakespeare who questioned his authorship.
